You won't find Tony Rubino in an ivory tower at Resource. As President of a company known as much for its excellent customer service as it is for outstanding results, Tony works closely with clients and Resource team members to make sure we consistently deliver on our promise: to simplify your marketing communications with a comprehensive range of visual solutions. Tony draws from two decades of experience in the graphic communications industry, with previous roles in sales and account management at St. Joseph Communications and Unisource Fine Papers. He graduated from York University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Psychology. Always the innovator, Tony is also President of Verde Incorporated, which makes the earth-friendly Verde FastFrame. But Tony isn't strictly business. In his free time, you might find him swinging a golf club, hiking through a forest, or watching an opera. Tony also loves travelling with his wife and kids.

There's a good reason Lauren Greenspan was named one of PrintAction Magazine's Top 35 Under 35 leaders in the printing industry: whatever she does, she does exceptionally well, particularly when it involves helping clients. A self-described perfectionist, Lauren joined Resource after earning a degree in Graphic Communications Management from Ryerson University and working for three years with an ad agency. From her starting role in production, she was promoted to Lead Producer before advancing to her current position. Lauren is a devotee of Pilates, Hot Yoga, and TRX suspension fitness training (tough but it works!). She enjoys the company of family, friends and her dog, Jacob

Running a company is an ongoing challenge in time management and multi-tasking. That's why Linda Simpson is such a valuable member of the Resource Integrated team. In her role as Office and Operations Specialist, Linda acts as executive assistant to our President, helping to keep his schedule on track and his day running as smoothly as possible. Linda's work background includes previous positions as executive assistant and sales manager. She brings to Resource an entrepreneurial spirit, a knack for organizing, and a sound knowledge of accounting and database management. When she's not busy keeping things organized at Resource, Linda likes to garden, exercise, read and spend time with her family.

Working in sales has taught Sheila Haus the fine art of negotiation. But there's one thing she considers non-negotiable: delivering excellent service to Resource customers. Sheila, who holds an Honours Bachelor degree in Visual Arts, has more than 25 years of experience in the graphics industry. When she's not having fun with Resource customers and team members, Sheila likes hosting dinner parties for family and friends, sliding down ski hills or travelling to new and familiar places.

If our business were a ball game, everyone would probably fight to get Grant Musselman on their team. With close to 30 years of experience in print production and finely tuned project management skills, Grant knows how to get things done on schedule and to the exacting standards of Resource and our clients. He solves problems with out-of-the-box thinking and is always coming up with ways to improve our processes and, ultimately, deliver better results for our customers. For R&R, Grant hops on his Harley and takes long rides out of the city. He treasures family time and hanging out with his wife, Jenn.

With a Bachelor of Technology degree in Graphic Communications Management and more than a decade of experience in various areas of visual production, including 3D animation, Denis Asllani brings a wealth of expertise – and a great deal of passion – to every project and campaign he works on, combining his technical expertise with considerable client relations and problem solving skills to consistently deliver quality results. He is just as passionate and results-oriented outside of work – just ask anyone who's ever challenged him in golf or billiards. For relaxation, Denis enjoys camping, hiking, fishing and just catching up with his wide circle of friends.

Laura Chaplinsky brings a wealth of experience to every print project she produces. Since 1986, when she served a four-year printing apprenticeship, Laura has continued to hone her expertise in electronic pre-press, the various web presses and bindery. She is well known among RI customers as a highly organized producer with a strong commitment to delivering excellent results and service. Within RI, Laura is considered a valuable member of the team, one who brings a strong work ethic and solid skills to every project. In addition to enjoying her work at RI, Laura loves to travel whenever she can and enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Say hello to our premedia hero: Manny Talhavento, Resource's resident tech expert who boasts a mind-boggling knowledge of all our prepress systems and software. For our prepress team, this translates to a seamless workflow under Manny's leadership and direction. For our customers, it simply means great results every time. Before joining Resource, Manny had worked for two of the largest printers in the country – Quebecor and Transcontinental – as prepress and technology manager. All told, he has more than 25 years of printing industry experience. Among his many interests outside of work are photography, videography and editing. He loves movies and looking up at the sky to expand his knowledge of astronomy.

You could call him the Web guy. Michael Tolysz looks after anything and everything Web-related at RI. From development and design to social media and IT help, if it involves the Internet, then there's a good chance it also involves Michael. This Project Management graduate from Humber College worked extensively in the Web industry before joining RI.  As part of the RI team, he has been an invaluable contributor to numerous projects, including RI's very own website revamp. When he's not busy burning his brand of innovation at RI, Michael likes to travel, ice skate and play hockey. He also enjoys the occasional party and bon fires at the beach.
