Litsa Rubino is the Director at Resource Integrated, where her creative vision and business acumen help shape the company’s culture and success. Her passion for creativity and innovation led her to launch Fika Wallart™, a business-to-consumer brand inspired by the growing demand for accessible and stylish wall décor.
Beyond business, Litsa is deeply committed to philanthropy, actively supporting various charitable initiatives. A certified yoga instructor, she embraces a holistic and spiritual approach to life—values that also guide her role as a devoted wife and mother. Whether expanding new business opportunities, giving back to the community, or nurturing her family, Litsa brings passion and purpose to everything she does.
Antony Rubino
Founder & Managing Director
Antony (Tony) Rubino is the founder of Resource Integrated, which was established in 2004 with the vision of producing high-quality graphic communication solutions for a diverse range of retail clients. His entrepreneurial spirit, positive leadership, and passion for creative expression in business have allowed him to expand his business portfolio.
A firm believer in education, Tony holds a BA in Psychology and Marketing from York University. When he’s not developing new business opportunities or mentoring younger entrepreneurs, Tony enjoys playing golf and traveling. He also values spending time with his family and exploring new destinations. Additionally, he is an active member of the community, enjoying the opportunity to give back through volunteering and charitable contributions.
